3. REFUND AND CANCELLATION POLICY

This Refund and Cancellation Policy applies to all Paid Plan subscriptions on IDERGO, operated by PUBLICORA.


Free Plan

The IDERGO Free Plan does not require payment and therefore is not subject to refunds or cancellations. You may delete Your free Account at any time.


Subscription Cancellation

You may cancel Your Paid Plan subscription at any time through Your Account settings or by contacting us at support@idergo.com.

Upon cancellation:

  • Your Paid Plan features will remain active until the end of Your current billing period.
  • After the billing period ends, Your Account will automatically revert to the Free Plan.
  • Your digital business card will remain active on the Free Plan, but premium features (WhatsApp Store, advanced analytics, NFC support) will be disabled.
  • Your data and Content will be retained for 90 days after downgrade, during which time You can resubscribe to restore premium features.

Refund Policy

Within 7 Days of First Purchase

If You are subscribing to a Paid Plan for the first time and are not satisfied with the Service, You may request a full refund within 7 days of Your initial payment. To request a refund, contact us at support@idergo.com with Your Account email and reason for the request.

After 7 Days

Refunds are generally not provided after the 7-day period. Since the Service is a digital product with immediate access upon payment, refunds for partially used billing periods are not available.

Exceptions

We may consider refund requests on a case-by-case basis in the following circumstances:

  • The Service experienced significant downtime or technical issues that prevented You from using it during Your billing period.
  • You were charged in error (duplicate payment, incorrect amount).
  • Extraordinary circumstances beyond Your control.

Non-Refundable

The following are not eligible for refunds:

  • Subscription renewals where You forgot to cancel before the renewal date.
  • Dissatisfaction with features that were accurately described on the pricing page.
  • Periods where You chose not to use the Service.

Plan Changes

You may upgrade or downgrade Your plan at any time:

  • Upgrades take effect immediately. You will be charged a prorated amount for the remainder of the current billing period.
  • Downgrades take effect at the start of the next billing period. You will retain Your current plan features until then.

How to Request a Refund

Please include:

  • Your full name and Account email address.
  • Date of the charge.
  • Reason for the refund request.

We will review Your request and respond within 7 business days. Approved refunds will be processed to Your original payment method within 14 business days.
