IDERGO is a fully digital platform. There are no physical goods shipped or delivered as part of the standard Service.

Upon registration or subscription:

Your Account is activated instantly.
Your digital business card is available immediately after creation.
Your custom URL and QR code are generated in real time.
Premium features (WhatsApp Store, analytics, NFC integration) are activated immediately upon successful payment.

Access

You can access Your IDERGO Account and manage Your digital business cards from any Device with an internet connection by visiting https://idergo.com and logging in.

Your digital business card is accessible to anyone via Your unique URL or QR code at all times, subject to Service availability.

NFC Cards (If Applicable)

If IDERGO introduces physical NFC cards in the future, this policy will be updated with applicable shipping timelines, delivery methods, and related terms. Any physical product offerings will be clearly communicated on the relevant product page with their own delivery terms.

Service Availability

We aim to maintain 99.9% uptime for the Service. In the event of planned maintenance or unexpected downtime, We will make reasonable efforts to notify Users in advance and restore the Service as quickly as possible.
