Paid Plans are billed on a recurring basis (monthly or annually, depending on Your selection). By subscribing to a Paid Plan, You authorize Us to charge the applicable fees to Your selected payment method on a recurring basis until You cancel.
Prices for Paid Plans are listed on our pricing page and may be updated from time to time. We will provide at least 30 days notice before any price increase takes effect for existing subscribers.
You retain ownership of all Content You upload to the Service. By uploading Content, You grant Us a non-exclusive, worldwide license to use, display, and distribute that Content solely for the purpose of operating and providing the Service.

We may terminate or suspend Your Account immediately, without prior notice or liability, if:

For Paid Plans, termination by You does not entitle You to a refund for the current billing period. Your access will continue until the end of the current paid period.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Company shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, business opportunities, or goodwill, arising out of or related to Your use of the Service.
The Company's total liability for any claims arising under these Terms shall not exceed the total amount paid by You to the Company in the 12 months preceding the claim, or 100 USD, whichever is greater.
The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. The Company does not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.
The Company does not guarantee any specific results from the use of the Service, including but not limited to increased business inquiries, sales, or professional connections.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Qatar. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Qatar.
We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, We will provide at least 30 days notice before the new terms take effect. Continued use of the Service after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
